*We only ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time might not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday with Next day shipping will not be delivered until the next business day, Monday.

*Please allow 1-2 days for vet approvals on orders that include prescription items.

*Please allow for an additional 24-48 hours to process prescription orders.

*Exact shipping rate will be displayed on the final page before you confirm your order. Shipping rates depend on the weight of the package and your shipping Zip Code.

*Vaccines and temperature sensitive items may not ship free. These items are shipped via 1-2 day express methods, containing ice packs, to preserve their integrity. Refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Friday. IF available, Saturday delivery may be applied at the request of the customer for an extra charge.

** Next day service applies to business days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Order Must be received before 2 PM ET on Friday.
